ACT I ~ APPETIZER

Rajah Vegetable Somosa
Baked puff pastry filled with cauliflower, peas, potato, onion, garlic,
garbanzo bean, ginger, green curry and spices. Served with a yogurt dipping sauce.
Namaste Corn Soup
Grilled corn, tomato, bacon, cream, onion and garlic simmered in chicken broth, and
garnished with Feta, sour cream and parsley.
Potato Balls with Tamarind & Green Chutney
Potato, flattened rice, onion, crumbled paneer, cilantro, red chile, and spices hand-shaped
into balls and pan sautéed. Served with Tamarind and green dipping chutneys.
ACT II ~ SALAD

Temple Cucumber & Tomato Salad
Heirloom tomato, cucumber, radish and red onion in a mint, coriander, lime, green chile and cumin marinade.
Indian Street Corn Salad
A flavorful medley of grilled corn, cherry tomato, lime, cumin, cayenne, mint leaves and cilantro.
ACT III ~ ENTREE
Entrees are served with brown basmati rice and house-made naan. Choice of One ~
Makhani Butter Chicken
Boneless chicken thighs stewed in butter, chicken broth, fire roasted tomato,
red pepper, garlic and garam marsala. Garnished with cilantro and Greek yogurt.
Coconut Fish Curry
Wild-caught salmon stewed in shredded coconut, onion, garlic, serrano chile, ginger, coconut milk, mustard seed, fennel,
coriander, cardamom, turmeric, cayenne, tamarind and fire roasted tomato. Garnished with cilantro.
Masala Tofu Curry
Organic Tofu grilled and baked with soy sauce, lemon, maple syrup, tomato paste,
ginger, garlic, garam masala and cilantro.
Vegetable Spice Cakes
Chickpea, zucchini, carrot and peas seasoned with Indian spices, shaped into cakes,
pan-seared and served with a Greek yogurt mint sauce.

Gelato & Coconut Ladoo
Coconut Almond Crunch gelato is topped with an Indian sweet made from shredded coconut, coconut milk,
coconut flour, sugar and cardamom.
Gajar Halwa Carrot Pudding
A traditional sweet creamy Indian dessert of carrot, cream, brown sugar,
raisins, butter and pistachios.
Banana, Rice and Coconut Prasadam
Banana puree, grated coconut, jaggery syrup, rice flour, cardamom and
ginger are pan-sautéed into crispy cakes, a typical offering at Hindu temples.
