All of our items are available for eating in or taking out.

freshly baked breads, thoughtfully-sourced meats & poultry, free range eggs and dairy products and
the local market’s freshest seasonal produce to create made-from-scratch, all-natural artisan food.

Spring Dinner Menu

Act I ~ Bread Service
Chef’s selection of fresh artisan breads with compound butter
and dipping oils. Small (serves one - two)     Large (serves three - four)


Act 2 ~ Appetizers
Steamed Mussels with Crostini
Seasonal mussels, garlic, shallots and cream. Served with grilled crostini. 

Flatbread Pizza
Delicious flatbread pizza topped with signature ingredients, cheeses, herbs and spreads.

. 

Heirloom Tomato Stack
Fresh Burrata cheese, fresh heirloom tomato, basil chiffonade, balsamic reduction.
Served with grilled Crostini points.


Grilled Artichoke
Local, organic grilled artichoke served with lemon dill aioli &
drawn garlic butter dipping sauces. 


 Blackened Shrimp
Grilled blackened wild caught shrimp with citrus beurre blanc served over warm
organic spinach garnished with a lemon tuile. 


Artisan Tacos
Shrimp Tacos ~ Grilled shrimp, citrus slaw, cilantro, salt, pepper (3 tacos). 
        Vegetarian Tacos ~ Roasted seasonal vegetables & avocado (3 tacos).  
     Carnitas Tacos ~ Seasoned shredded pork with Kimchi: cabbage,
vinegar, siracha, honey and Mae Ploy (3 tacos). 

    Taco Sampler ~ One each of Shrimp, Vegetarian and Carnitas tacos. 

Grilled Romaine “Wedge”
Grilled lettuce wedge, bacon crumbles and tomato. Served with blue cheese. 

Field to Table Dinner Salad
A beautiful fresh salad of seasonal produce & greens with herb vinaigrette. 
 
Shrimp Louie Salad
Organic Bibb lettuce, heirloom tomato, red onion, egg and grilled prawns.
Served with Russian dressing. 

 
Roasted Beet, Baby Greens & Feta Salad
Roasted beets, organic baby greens, Applewood Smoked bacon, caramelized onion,
shallot and pesto vinaigrette. 

 
Caesar Salad
Romaine spears, garlic croutons, parmesan tuile and
Le Carillon” Caesar dressing (contains raw egg & anchovy). Traditional or grilled 


Act III ~ Entrees

Lord Jordan’s Pot Roast
Braised chuck with fresh herbs and spices. Served with
Chef’s Choice mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. 


Capellini Pasta in Pomodoro Sauce
Heirloom Capellini pasta served with from-scratch Pomodoro sauce, fresh basil,
balsamic and parmesan cheese.


Rib Eye Steak
 10 oz Watkins, grass-fed, open-flame grilled Rib Eye Steak with Peppercorn Scotch sauce,
Chef’s Choice
mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
 
Duck Breast
Pan-seared duck breast served with tarragon mashed potatoes, Port Cherry
wine reduction and grilled asparagus. 

Quinoa-Stuffed Zucchini Boats
Vegan grilled zucchini stuffed with quinoa, almonds, cranberries. Served with cauliflower meatballs in a coconut turmeric sauce.

Chicken Provençal
Free-range chicken basted with Provencal herbs. Served with Sun Choke puree
and roasted Brussels sprouts.


Pork with Roasted Potatoes
Double, bone-in pork chop served with roasted fingerling potatoes and apple horseradish chutney. 

King Salmon
Wild caught, pan-seared Salmon served over fennel slaw and with a lemon dill cream. 

Catch of the Day
Wild-caught Miso-glazed fish served with Chef’s selection of fresh baby Bok Choy,
Shitake mushrooms served in a warm Miso broth.


Encore ~ Desserts

Seasonal Fruit Bowl
Fresh seasonal fruit with whip cream. 
 
Apple Crumble
Apples, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon topped with a gluten free crumble. 
Available with scoop of Gelato.


Flourless Chocolate Cake
Milk chocolate, cocoa and egg. $9

Available with scoop of Gelato.
 
Crème Brulee
Classic French custard with vanilla bean and caramelized sugar. 

Bread Pudding
Bread pudding drizzled with bourbon caramel sauce.  

Available with scoop of Gelato.
 
Premium Gelato
Intense, thick and creamy all-natural premium Italian Gelato. 

Italian Affogato
In this famous Italian dessert hot bitter espresso is poured
over Gelato to create a café crème-colored pool of deliciousness.

Start your day with fresh-baked artisan breads, pastries, breakfast bowls, egg dishes, burritos, breakfast sandwiches & salads; no matter if you're in a hurry to get in and out quickly or wish to stay and take some time to get friendly with our Coconut Fruit Pancakes drizzled with lime ginger syrup.
